Resolution center deals with resolving disputes or discrepancies between LP (Logistic Partner), eBay Seller and eBay Business team.
1. Initiate/Search Dispute
Step 1: Click on 'Resolution Center' as shown below.
Step 2: Seller can search/initiate a dispute by selecting Dispute Type and Logistic partner and inputting the AWB number as shown below.
Step 3: Click on the button 'Search' to get the created Dispute.(For Searching the Dispute, you no need to select the Dispute Type)
Step 4: Click on the button initiate to create the dispute.
Step 5: Click on the link 'View Details' to get the holistic view of the Dispute.
Step 6: Click on the button Choose File to attach the documents related to the Dispute followed by clicking on the Upload button.
Step 7: Maximum upload possible is upto 5 files.
Step 8: Click on the link ‘Download All Media’ to get all the files that were uploaded related to the dispute.
Step 9: Enter the comment to describe the cause for initiating the Dispute. For Example 'Bad Unit'.
Step 10: Click on the button ‘Send’ to post your Comment.
Step 11: Comment shall be displayed as shown above.
2. Live Case
Step 1: Click on the button 'Live Case' from the left pane.
Step 2: List of Live Disputes is shown.
Step 3: Filter the results with respect to AWB Number, Start Date/End Date.
Step 4: Click on the Link 'View' get the holistic view of the dispute.
Step 5: Click on the Link 'Download' to get the Dispute information downloaded in RAR Fotmat.
Step 1: Click on the button 'Closed Case' from the left pane.
Step 2: List of Closed Disputes is shown.
Step 3: Results can be filtered on the basis of AWB Number and/or Start Date.Click on Apply to get the results.
Step 4: Click on view summary to get the holistic view of the Closed Disputes.
Step 5: Click on the link 'View' against individual Closed Cases to see the details for each Closed Dispute.
Step 6: Clock on the link ‘Download’ to get the Closed Case Information in the Zip Format.
